two789 FAQ — all your questions answered right here

Shan Koe Mee is one of the most popular card games in Myanmar. Players try to reach or exceed a total score of 30 points using 3 cards from their hand. At two789, you can play this game directly from your phone — no download needed, available any day, any time. Game rules are available in Burmese on the game page.

In 2D lottery, players pick a 2-digit number combination and win a prize if those numbers come up. Results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), so there is no predictable pattern. When you play on two789, you can watch the result draw and prize range update in real time on the game interface, giving you a clear and transparent view of how prizes are awarded.

3D lottery requires you to pick a 3-digit number combination, which gives a wider range of prize options than 2D. Because all 3 digits must match, most players consider it to need more thought. That said, results are determined solely by RNG and any number can come up, so two789 cannot guarantee any method that claims to predict specific numbers.

Yes. The two789 website is fully mobile-compatible and works well on both Android and iOS through Chrome or Safari. No separate app download is needed, so it runs fine even on older phones. You can browse the lobby and choose games with a tap, without having to fully load each game first — saving your battery and data.

If your verification is rejected, first check the document image you submitted — unclear images are the most common reason for rejection. If the image looks clear, contact support and ask exactly what needs to be reviewed. The two789 support team is available 24/7 and operates in Burmese, so you can discuss what to fix in detail.

When withdrawing from two789, the name on the bank account or payment service account (KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay) you are sending to must match the name registered on your two789 account. If the names do not match, the transfer may be delayed or rejected. To avoid this issue, make sure the name registered on two789 matches the name used on your payment account.

two789 usually requests verification when a player submits their first withdrawal request, or when the account activity is considered significant enough to warrant it. Since this can vary from player to player, it is best to prepare your documents when you first open your account to avoid any delays at withdrawal time. Verification is a process that protects the player.

Personal information verification protects your account from being misused by any third party. It ensures that payments reach only the rightful owner and helps two789 maintain a secure and trustworthy platform. Information you submit is stored safely with SSL encryption protection.

two789 has 2 contact channels. The first is 24/7 Live Chat available on the website, which gives the fastest response. The second is email at [email protected]. Only these 2 channels are available. Please note that there is no official contact through other network channels (Telegram, Viber, Messenger) — anyone contacting you through those channels does not represent two789.

two789's Live Chat support is conducted entirely in Myanmar language. Players can discuss payment issues, bonus queries, or game-related questions in their own language. Our support team members understand the local needs of Myanmar players well.

two789's Live Chat support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. It works for players who play late at night on Myanmar Standard Time (MMT) and for players in different time zones. Urgent matters — deposits not received, withdrawals not processed — can also be handled immediately through Live Chat.

To get things resolved faster, have the following ready — (1) your two789 account username or registered phone number, (2) the time the issue occurred (MMT), (3) the relevant transfer reference number (for deposit or withdrawal issues), (4) the game name (for game-related issues). Having these on hand means the support team can sort out your query in less time.

two789 offers 3 payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay. All three are local services Myanmar players use daily, so you can deposit with a single tap on your phone without needing to visit a bank. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks and is the same across all three methods. All deposits are protected with SSL encryption.

If more than 15 minutes have passed since your deposit and the funds still haven't arrived, first check your payment app (KBZPay, Wave Money, or AYA Pay) to confirm the transfer was successful. Keep the reference number or screenshot handy and contact two789 Live Chat — it's available 24/7 so help is immediate. Do not make another deposit before speaking with the support team first.

To deposit with Wave Money, log in to your two789 account and select Wave Money from the Deposit section. Transfer the required amount to the Wave Money number provided by two789, then enter the transaction ID in the form and complete the submission in full. The amount shown in your payment app and the amount entered in the two789 form must match for the funds to arrive quickly. Do not transfer an amount below the minimum of 3,000 Ks.

The steps to deposit with KBZPay are — (1) log in to your two789 account and select KBZPay from the Cashier, (2) send the money to two789's KBZPay number through your KBZPay app, (3) once you receive a notification confirming the payment was successful, copy the transaction reference into the two789 form and confirm. The funds will arrive within a few minutes. Note that a mismatched amount may delay the credit.

The minimum withdrawal amount at two789 is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Unless there is a high-volume issue, the funds should arrive within 2 hours. If it takes longer, contact Live Chat — support is available 24/7.

In Live Dealer games, a real dealer hosts the game and connects with players directly through a camera feed. At two789 Casino, you can join Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, and more with clear video, and Myanmar players can jump in without hesitation. To get started, log in, pick a game from the Casino Lobby, and wait briefly until a seat becomes available.

In Roulette, players place bets on where they predict the ball will land — a number, a color, high/low, or odd/even. The wheel spins, and if the ball lands on a spot matching your bet, you win a payout. There are many bet types, ranging from a single number to color bets. On two789's Live Roulette, you can see the available betting range for each table before the game begins.

Dragon Tiger is a simple card game. The dealer deals one card each to the Dragon side and the Tiger side, and players bet on which side will be higher. Card values run from low to high (Ace = lowest, King = highest), and you can also bet on a Tie. This game is very popular among Myanmar live casino players — the rules are easy and decisions are fast.

Minimum and maximum bets vary by table and game type. The two789 Casino Lobby offers a range of tables with different limits so players can find one that suits their budget. You can check the limits for any table on the game screen before you join, so always review them before placing a bet.

In software Baccarat, an RNG (Random Number Generator) deals the cards, so players do not see real cards being drawn. In Live Baccarat, a real dealer deals the cards in front of a camera, so players see the full game as it happens and can play with greater confidence. two789's Live Baccarat games are popular with Myanmar players because of the clear video quality and open gameplay.
